Okay. Got home semi-drunk (4 1/2 bottles). Turned on the TV while eating my daily corned beef dinner. I channel surf and what do I see? Jojo Alejar with his talk show. On QTV 11 (Channel 24 on Sky Cable)!
What the F is he doing there? He's supposed to be on RJ TV! He's supposed to be on a small makeshift studio set and broadcasted on a semi-blurry cable channel! Jojo A, All the Way! And now he's on Channel 11. QTV! The sister channel of GMA! My favorite local channel! Home of Eat Bulaga! (Kapuso... ano ma'ng kulay...) He's practically knocking on success! And he's now on a much bigger set, with a much bigger musical band, and with a much louder canned laughter! Whaaaaah! Life is unfair!
I've always told some of my close friends that I wanted to have may own late night talk show. Much like David Letterman. More David than Jay Leno. I find David Letterman ... funnier.. . more candid... more of a person... actually... I think he's doing the show drunk everytime and he's not telling anyone. And that's what I want to do. Heehee....
Anyway, seeing Jojo A on QTV, I realized I want a shot on late night hosting as well! Okay, maybe not hosting. But I want to be able to make fun of people while I'm sitting behind a desk. Alright! Fine! That's what I'm doing everyday at the office, but I want to do it on TV! So other people can be entertained as well. Just so you don't call me selfish.
So here's what I plan to do...
I'm gonna make a talk show video (or something close to it) and publish it on the net somewhere. Maybe youtube, or maybe elsie-gaches.com. I don't care. I just want to see how many hits I can make. I'll be drinking a bit before recording, just too make it more fun. Right now, I need people who'd like to be part of the show. Maybe camera crew, writers, guests, or whatever. No fee of course. Just fun. You're beer is on me.

If you really want to rival Jojo A All The Way (wait, why the heck is "all the way" part of the title? Does he strip? as in all the way???), I can pretend to be Michael Locsin, Brylle Mondejar, Mon Alvir or any of the laos stars of That's Entertainment. Sweet!
